About Me

Lachaka is a Health Scientist, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Certified Bodybuilding, and ISSA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Mental Health Specialist, Minister, & Hybrid Athlete.

She is also a Pan Am Masters Games gold medalist and bronze medalist, and the 2025 Ohio Senior Games 1500 M Power Walk Champion. Lachaka has also placed first in the 2025 USAT Columbus Sprint Aqua-Bike and in the USAPL 2025 Beginners' Brawl 90kg Division. She recently also completed a 50k ultramarathon.
